Recently through a death in the family my spouse Mary became the Personal Representative of her brother's estate. One of the most difficult tasks was the selling of his residence. We had once worked with Becka, who is now a real estate agent that we called, and were teamed up with Gene. This turned out to be a blessing ten fold. Gene's tremendous experience made the sale of the residence look easy and took the pressure off of our shoulders. We were able to sell the property in less time than we ever thought possible. We cannot thank the entire team enough for all their help and efforts to make this task completed. We've heard horror stories of others who take years to get through these things however, being helped by the right team we have gotten through this extremely fast. Thank you, Gene and the entire team.

Mr. Della Maggiora is very skillful and professional and that is clear when first meeting him. He took care of every detail and provided excellent up to date information throughout the sale of our home. He was able to capture the unique and special niche of the cottage which he conveyed into the listings and the showings. He made the whole process not only free of stress but a fun adventure.
